Mike Willard, our President/CEO, boasts over 30 years of experience in the point-of-sale industry. He began as a remote service technician in southwest Missouri way back in 1991. He steadily climbed the ranks to eventually become co-owner and COO of a prominent nationwide VAR/Service Provider specializing in grocery POS systems. Mike acquired Washburn in August of 2021.

He has spent the majority of his career in client facing positions and brings a wealth of sales expertise, client management, and overall leadership to his role here at Washburn.

Amy Stennes is our Controller with an ability to steer financial strategies in alignment with organizational goals. She is proficient in streamlining financial processes, risk mitigation, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Amy has a bachelor’s degree in business management from Bethel University and an accounting diploma from Hennepin Technical College.
